What I'm Doing...

Archive for October, 2008

Chances are are if your reading this post you know that four digit Hamer guitars are rare birds. To find one in good shape and not having to pay through the nose isn’t going to be easy. But if you do find one please send it my way! On to the reason for this post. [...]

I’m not really sure how I feel about this product or if it’s really necessary in my world. I like that you can change tunings on the fly and I know that tuning would be a no brainer and a good thing for beginners, and I do like the way the tuning keys adjust themselves… [...]

Evidently this is a bigger problem than most thought. I often wonder about the deals you see on Craigslist and Ebay. Please do your homework and if you think it’s a fake, walk away, better yet, RUN!!! Can you tell the difference? Check the links for some great info. VintageRock Gibson Site

If you don’t believe me, check out the full article over at the Gibson website: LINK

I’ve been looking at different painting techniques for my next project. I’m not sure what I’ll do yet, but I did find a very cool video on markmcguigan.com. Check it out if you’re into swirls, and while you’re at it look around the site. Very nice work Mark!

Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Well, It’s Clapton doing something very different. I like it and that’s why it’s here.
